These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 8k8app4 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") when you access, register for, or use any product or service available through https://8k8app4.click.

By completing registration on 8k8app4, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all sections of the 8k8app4 platform including but not limited to basketball betting, virtual sports, slots, baccarat, bingo, PBA betting, fishing games, and any live casino or future product categories added to the platform. Accurate registration information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering at 8k8app4. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account security obligations

Deposit conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — where a source other than the member's own account funds an 8k8app4 balance — are prohibited. The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 8k8app4. Detection of any prohibited behaviour may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity to make deposits at 8k8app4.
• Attempting to exploit game software errors, connection interruptions, or technical faults for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with 8k8app4 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats including bingo, fishing games, or live casino rooms.

• Account inactivity beyond the period described in Section 4.
• Member-requested closure under the self-exclusion policy.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds is withheld until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes without finding a rule violation, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a rule violation is confirmed, 8k8app4 may retain all or part of the balance in accordance with the nature of the violation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at support@8k8app4.click. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification being complete.

8k8app4 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. All members have access to the following tools directly from their account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit ceiling. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when a session reaches a specified duration.

While the platform targets continuous availability, 8k8app4 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, connectivity issues on the member's end, or circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control.

Game and bet result disputes

If you believe a game result or bet settlement at 8k8app4 is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 calendar days of the relevant transaction by contacting support@8k8app4.click with the specific transaction reference, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

8k8app4 retains transaction logs for all game rounds and bet settlements. The platform's recorded outcome for any game or betting event is considered authoritative in the absence of technical evidence to the contrary. In cases where a technical fault is confirmed to have affected an outcome, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned.

Limitation of liability

By registering at 8k8app4 you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy as it stands at the time of registration and as updated from time to time.

Personal data provided during registration is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications directly related to your 8k8app4 account. Data is not sold to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.

Closing your account under these circumstances entitles you to withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to standard verification requirements.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that governs that dispute, regardless of subsequent amendments.
